The 2025 WVSRT Annual Conference is scheduled at the Bridgeport Conference Center in Bridgeport WV.
Full conference registration includes three “Sneak Peak” sessions on Thursday evening which complement additional sessions all day on Friday and Saturday. Full registration includes luncheons, breakfasts and beverage breaks on Friday and Saturday, as well as access to the Exhibit Hall / Vendor Hall. Target Audience
This program is designed to benefit current and prospective medical imaging professionals in all disciplines, radiology nurses and administrators.
Credit Designation
American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) Continuing Education credit has been requested for all lecture presentations. **pending approval for full conference attendance. ASRT CE may be used to fulfill mandatory education requirements for medical imaging professionals in other modalities. Please check with your credentialing body to confirm.

Conveniently located off Exit 124 on Interstate 79, Bridgeport Conference Center is accessible but secluded. Everything you need is within reach. There are over 600 hotel rooms within a one-mile radius, 200 rooms adjacent to the center and over a dozen restaurants and shopping nearby.
