Guidelines

Registration

Full conference registration includes two “Sneak Peak” sessions on Thursday evening which complement additional sessions all day on Friday and Saturday. Full registration includes luncheons, breakfasts and beverage breaks on Friday and Saturday, as well as access to the Exhibit Hall / Vendor Hall. Single Day registration includes attendance at educational sessions on Friday OR Saturday and meal functions for one day only.

Full conference registration:

  • R.T. (WVSRT member $200 / non-member $300)
  • Student (WVSRT member $100 / non-member $150)

Single day registration:

  • Thursday only R.T. (Member $60 / non-member— $75)
  • Thursday only Student (Member $25 / non-member—$50)
  • Friday only R.T. (Member $125 / non-member—$150)
  • Friday only Student (Member $50 / non-member— $75)
  • Saturday only R.T. (Member $125 / non-member—$150)

Extras:

  • Guest Pass(es) for all lecture and food functions — $100 each (excludes CME)
